Greetings from Mission Control Center-Moscow:

Even though the weather has not been great, I have been able to observe some
spectacular Iridium flares from my hotel:
a -7.5 magnitude flare from IR16 at 0242UT on Dec.6, a -8 magnitude flare
from IR66 at 0429UT on Dec. 6 and another -8 magnitude flare from IR50 on
Dec. 7 at 0246UT under a clear morning sky.

I did see notice a bright satellite (+0 magnitude) moving northward about 45
degrees above the north at 0417UT Dec. 6 which I could not identify from
Mike McCants weekly file.

Paul
