Have I been drinking too much egg-nog over the holidays, or is there
something wrong with the following picture?

COSMOS 2361
1 25590U 98076A 99358.88401216 .00000135 00000-0 13078-3 0 953

COSMOS 2361
1 26040U 99072A 99360.84045319 .00127065 00000-0 20700-2 0 38

These elements were on OIG today. Will the real Cosmos 2361 please identify
itself?
