    In fact, the latitude was S, over the southern Pacific. Since the 
    posting by Harro, SpaceCom's final notice has appeared giving the decay 
    at 12:22 UTC +/- 7 minutes at 59.0 S, 108.0 E. My own estimate is close 
    to Harro's one, with decay at 12:34 UTC +/- 10 minutes near 51.3 S,
