Hi again,

FRESH NEWS !! Phil Jenkins, working with the NASA Glenn Reserch Center to
develop new solar cell technology, has just calculated the current spin rate for
Starshine 3 as having a period of 121 seconds (0.496 RPM), thanks to newly
received data packets from the satellite.
