New NOSS are in orbit

Launched occurred on 2003 Dec 02 within seconds of 10:04 UTC - about 1 min later
than the time given to me yesterday.

The final Centaur burn occurred 7 to 8 min later than that of the 2001 launch.
That is within the expected range, depending upon the time of lift-off within
the launch window.

I will revise the search elements ASAP, and post them here.
