    Notes:
    ~~~~~~~
    (1) My unknown DSP observed again in very bright twilight as follows:
        started flashing 18h05m30s and stopped flashing 18h14m46s UT.
        Position   18h09m32.9s UT  RA23h22m47.7s  Dec +05d13'13"(J2000)
                             mag 6.5/inv P=2.05 sec
    (2) Sorry Im late reporting this -everything went wrong yesterday.
        First my 17 inch PC monitor died (but still under guarantee!)-
        dont know how long the supplier will take to replace it so mean
        while have to use an old putrid 15 inch monitor.
        Then my telephone rolled over and also died - unable to
        dial digits 7, 8 or 9 so had to dash to town to buy a replacement.
    Cheers
    Greg
