For what it's worth, I have just seen the NOSS 3-2 twins making a moderate (33 degree altitude) pass over my location. Despite very poor light pollution from floodlights to my North, I saw both objects at around 19:08 UTC just before they passed out of view, just north of Ursa Major. I have been waiting all week to see them and just missed a good pass on Sunday 7 December. The trailing sat was definitely one magnitude brighter than the leader. At that altitude I estimate the brightness to be mag 5 for the trailer and mag 6 for the leader, though the light pollution made estimating brightness difficult.
