Despite clouds and fog starting to roll in, i observed the 3 NOSS 3-2 objects, no timings were made of the rocket but at 02:13:21 +/- 3 sec 15 Dec UTC, NOSS 3-2 (A) #71001 03054A passed approx 10 deg above Mizar in Ursa Major. Then at 02:14:18 NOSS 3-2 (B) #71002 03054B followed along. Haze and fog prevented a magnitude guess but both objects were easily picked up in my 10x50s.
