97068B was very slow moving as seen in binoculars.
96-29F (TiPS) was visible even though dawn had started.

I've added some corrected positions for 93-26A (Alexis) as a followup
to Mike McCants' recent analysis.

Observations of Dec 17 a.m. and p.m. to follow.
