Wrong MSG-2 TLEs

    The tle-new.txt file at the Celestrak-site shows MSG-2 to be in a 64.87 deg. 
    inclination 18361 x 19138 km orbit which is definitely wrong (Epoch 
    359.35120732). (It was correct a day after launch). NORAD Number and 
    International Launch Designation are OK. Maybe they fixed the glitch by the 
    time anybody reads this.
