While looking for a binocular double I noticed a stationary satellite, slowly variable, 8th magnitude to inv. Since the clouds had not moved out until long after LEOs were gone, I had to go get my stopwatch, so I counted the seconds as best I could and list below the position, +/- 30s. I used UFO F6 (23696) as best fit; also close were DSP F18 Cover (27680) although it has been lost for over 2 years - or 25900, a r/b close to the position. However, UFO F6 shows up in FPAS report G8335H200810050602 as flaring to 10th mag, so I assume this was it. 23696 95 057A 8336 F 20121202061700000 39 25 0359250-030820 38 Numbers above and methods explained at: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Nov-2012/0224.html COSPAR 8336 = TULSA1 36.139208,-95.983429 COSPAR 8335 = TULSA2 +35.8311 -96.1411 1100ft _______________________________________________ Seesat-l mailing list http://mailman.satobs.org/mailman/listinfo/seesat-l
