    I think you are being fooled by the camera. The workers in the GPS-IIA
    picture are in the foreground making it look much smaller. From your link
    the IIA was 3.4 meters (11 feet) tall inside the Delta II 10' diameter
    fairing. If the technician in the background is of normal sized, IIF looks
    slightly taller and wider, but not by much. Remember it has to fit inside a
    4 meter (13 foot) fairing.
