Hi all,

As the launch was postponed to tomorrow (5 December) 17:29:23 UT, here is a new
elset estimate for the first revolution of DRAGON CRS-19:

DRAGON CRS-19
1 70001U 19999A 19339.74552208 -.00003589 11345-4 00000+0 0 09
2 70001 51.6437 232.1077 0114760 48.6187 62.8495 15.97921108 08

As the launchtime shifted to an earlier time by 22 minutes, sighting conditions
slightly (but not dramatically) improve for western Europe, where the DRAGON
could be visible some 20 minutes after launch. For my location at Leiden, the
Netherlands, shadow entry would be at 20 degrees elevation in the west.
