Hi Tom

I'm not sure where your camera is centered based on the reported AZ/EL 
on the display as it appears out if it is centered on the video frame 
you shared.  But at that time from your reported lat/long SL-6 R/B(2) 
[17147, 1986-091D] appears to be your UNID.
