According to OIG elsets for Mir = 16609 = 86- 17 A and Progress M-37 =
25102 = 97- 81 A, you have the right order.

I observed these 2 on the previous orbit and also saw a glint of 1 or 2
magnitudes amplitude and duration about 3s from the Progress cargo tug at
980202 004500.

There is a fine picture of the then Mir complex on the front page of the
19930823 Av Leak showing 2 solar panels on Progress M-17.

I have repeatedly been auto-unsubscribed from SeeSat-L, apparently because
of spurious error messages being generated here. So I have a problem
receiving SeeSat and also maybe regular e-mail. Besides that I am way,
way behind in my responses to your posts. So please feel free to "remind"
me.

Cheers.
