Obviously that should be Globalstar ... Thanks to those who caught that typo.

And I believe this is of enough worldwide interest, especially with all of
the satellite feeds -

BACKGROUND:

Globalstar will launch four more Globalstar satellites (FM 5 - FM 9)
aboard another Boeing Delta II launch vehicle from Cape Canaveral, Fla.,
on April 24, 1999. Beginning in July, an additional 36 Globalstar will
be launched aboard three Ukrainian-built Zenit II launch vehicles (12
satellites per launch) from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
Globalstar expects to have launched 44 satellites by the end of 1998.
The remaining 12 satellites, to be launched early in 1999, will complete
the Globalstar constellation of 48 satellites with eight in-orbit
spares, filling out Globalstar's capacity as it enters later stages of
its business plan.
