Merely added one day to the epoch and about 0.9856 to the RAAN to 
make it work for Saturday's Launch.  Maybe Tony will be the first to
see this new satellite system.

I will generate a new Iridium and a SNOE elset later tonight or Saturday.

The 9 Feb Orbcomm launch is an unknown at this time so I cannot
generate an elset at this time.

Hope the weather clears Tony.  If you see it, please report how many objects
you see.  The two upper objects are due to be deployed at 1:08:20 (h:m:s)
after launch...which places it almost due south of Melbourne...or was it 
Sydney?   Anyway, the other two will be deployed about four minutes later.
