Iridium & SNOE Prelaunch Elsets

Iridium as follows:

The first few revs favor the Moscow area, then westward to eastern 
Scandinavia then western Europe/Scandinavia.

I generated an elest for SNOE but the injection longitude is 163.85E.
This is so far from Vandenberg that it is probably erroneous.  Hence 
I will not post the elset generated until I get a better injection
point.
