Re: Updated TiPS elset for 98037

Using the 1998 02 04 elset from NRL, I observed TIPS crossing Theta Gemini
at 23:38:48 UT on 1998 02 05.
It was within 0.5s and, within the length of Tips, on track.

Craig's more recent set should be very good for several days at least.
