... but don't believe the drag term.

This shows that it survived the perigee at 23:04 UTC, when I'd predicted
it decay, and had just overflown Inverness, Scotland, at 23:44 UTC. I am
certain that it decayed on this orbit, probably near the following
perigee at 00:33 UTC on February 10 near 62 deg S, 160 deg W.
