             BOEING DELTA II LAUNCH FOR IRIDIUM RESCHEDULED 
                                  FOR FEBRUARY 15
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., February 13, 1998 -- The Boeing Delta II team has
rescheduled the IRIDIUM launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB), Calif.,
for Sunday, February 15.  The decision to launch on Sunday was based upon the
weather forecast for the weekend.
	
The five-second launch window opens at 6:14:56 a.m. PST.
