Reference the last Globalstar elset I posted, I just compared it to an early
real elset. From Melbourne, Australia, my elset was about 7 seconds early
(I knew it was about five when posted) and 0.3 degree high. Got to give
credit for that accuracy to Randy Stein (?) who posted the orbital data.
