The other three non-superceded elsets published in the meantime had residuals of less than 0.3 seconds. I compute that it decayed in daylight near or soon after to the following northbound equator crossing at 08:52 UTC at 53 deg E longitude, which is over the W Indian Ocean, just N of the Seychelles.
