live INTELSAT launch

for those of you who don't know, the INTELSAT launch scheduled for
tomorrow (27th Feb) evening will be broadcast over the internet
(apparently the first time such a thing will happen). I got this news from
Floriday Today's Space Online at
http://www.flatoday.com/space/today/022698a.htm
and the INTELSAT cast will be at:
http://www.intelsat.int/
they're calling for launch any time between 23:56 and 00:54 UT, can anyone
narrow this down before launch?
