This has been one of my favorite objects to observed for the last few months.
There are rarely posting that note its visible passes.   

As good fortune would have it, there are good visible evening passes for the
folks in the NE USA over the next week (2 February to 9 February).  I made
plots (JPEG format) of these passes for the lurkers in the Baltimore-
Washington area at:

EGP moves across the sky at a fairly slow pace.   Its flashes are about a +4.5
mag so it is easy to observe with binoculars, even in areas with moderate
light pollution.
