Dear Seesaters,
I saw NOSS 2-3 r last night, February 4, at an elevation of
8 degrees in the north in thick cloud.
Here is a position accurate to 0.1 deg:
9602902267599020418092108 020 1214162 +4539 6 5
It was running 56s late on Mike McCants' elset:
1 23907U 96029B 99032.72649184 .00220000 00000-0 61726-3 0 03
2 23907 63.4356 312.2606 0020999 68.8308 291.1692 15.92738214 04
Earlier, Mir followed by Progress (separation 0.6s) were seen almost
in the zenith at 17:44 UT through thick cirrus cloud. I guess their
magnitudes were approximately -1 and +1 respectively.
