I have never been able to download anything from that site.
Access seems forbidden for me.
I got all the versions of Iridflare and all Ted Molczan' tle's
from ftp.fc.net/pub/users/mikem.
But until now  Skymap 6.3  is absent from the downloadable files.
Any idea ?
I suppose the problem in not only mine. That's why I send to the list
