I am reasonably certain I observed it from Falcon, CO USA at 06:22:09 UT
on 8 Feb 99 at RA 13:46.4 (hh:mm.m) and DEC +48.63 (dd.dd) (J2000). It
was about 1 minute early. Magnitude in the 10-11 range. No fluctuations
noted.
Altitude about 9630 km: range 11430 km; Skymap phase angle 117.6
This one is not a binocular object at this range.
