I checked my satellite log. Did not find Echo 1 at that time.
However I saw it one and two days later. By extrapolating
backward I found it would have been visible on 13.4.68 at
about 2.06 am. I assume requestor used British Summer Time,
I used UTC. So it matches. The difference in longitude of about
7 degrees causes a time difference of approx. 2 minutes (later
for me, so at 2.07 UT. It still matches satisfactorely.
