1993-017D (22584) PAM-D:
The last update from SpaceCom - prepared Feb 10, 12:38 UTC - predicts:
                Feb 10, 15:06 UTC +/- 02 hours (26.8°N, 247.7°E)
MPM shows with the last ELSET - 99041.544 - again a later and within minutes 
relatively constant decay at        
                Feb 10, 15:58 UTC +/- 44 minutes (7.0°S, 91.0°E)
on a northbound pass shortly before perigee.
