2. (prepared Feb 16, 12.16 UTC):
                     Feb 16, 23:42 UTC +/- 07 hours  (34.5°N, 113.8°E)
With the ELSETs  99047.248... and 99047.492... and under consideration of Alans 
important remarks yesterday about the high solar flux MPM shows;
                     Feb 17, 00:49 UTC +/- 88 minutes (28.5°S, 41.2°E)
This is a northbound pass around perigee not very favourable for the worldwide
observer community.
