NEW FLASHERS DISCOVERED

I was looking for this, but had trouble identifying the star
field in the finder scope. Expecting about a mag 11 sat, I was
surprised to note that one of the bright stars that made the
field look strange was moving. This was the target, but at a
steady 7th mag.  14 minutes later, it had only faded to mag 8.9.

Here, Gorizont 14 was flashing at 9:47 pm. No flashing seen at 10:19pm.
At 12:45 am it was flashing again.

9077A  Mike found this in 12/98, but our flash periods differ
greatly. (And what is 'fsl' in ppas?).  Between successive
flashes to mag 11, I counted 155 sec., 145 sec., and 325 sec.
I'm not sure, but I "may" have seen it a few times between flashes.
