1999-005B (25627) Proton R/B 1
In its final report SpaceCom announced the decay at
                    Feb 16,  23:14 UTC +/- 01 hours  (45.9°S, 33.3°E)
This is the unchanged data set from an earlier prediction prepared 
Feb 16, 21:21 UTC.
With the last released ELSET - 99047.856.. - MPM shows again a decay at 
                    Feb 16,  23:27 UTC +/- 44 minutes (8.3°S, 77.8°E)
Alan placed yesterday the decay at
                    Feb 16,  22:42 UTC +/- 01 hours   (06°N,  89°W  )
It looks like Alans and my predictions are the outer edges of the real and 
smaller decay window.
