NOSS 2-3 Rk -- didn't see it

I didn't see NOSS 2-3 Rk this time.  There was significant 
cloud interference, but I watched Mir (culm. 6 minutes 
before NOSS 2-3 Rk) for a couple of minutes and could see 
Arcturus and Mars throughout the time I looked, from about 
3 minutes before until 6 minutes after the prediction.  
But I'm not good at figuring cross-track error.  Plus, the
thing does still tumble slowly I think.  Maybe someone else 
will have better luck.
