    Tonight (2-06-00, 2300-0100 UT) I observed Cosmos 756 Rocket, WIRE, a
    SL-16 Rocket, Resurs 01 Rocket, Meteor 1-6 Rocket, NOAA 15, Meteor 1-31
    Rocket, and Cosmos 1666 Rocket.
    
    Not showing up was the Cosmos 2106 Rocket, Cosmos 2221, Cosmos 1315
    Rocket, Resurs 1-3, and the Spot 3 Rocket.
    
    Sorry for not having the NORAD numbers.
