1999-073B (#26043) SL-06 R/B

At this time there is no FINAL REPORT from SpaceCom. With last released ELSET
- and I think it is the final - 00038.538... MPM shows the decay on
                  07 February, 14:00 UTC +/- 11 minutes (54.8°S, 306.2°E)
on a descending pass over the Indian Ocean.
