Thanks to Igor Lissov for posting the elset below. I was able to see Dumsat this morning, 2000 February 11. It was mag +6.2 steady at the first position, az 340 el 18 deg (=half-phase magnitude of +5.8), but had faded by two mags at the third position az 010 el 15 deg. Observers should keep an eye out for fresh OIG elsets, as ndot is abnormally high.
