The last SpaceCom forecast - prepared Feb 14, 03:50 UTC - shows the decay on
                      14 February, 03:50 UTC  +/- 17 hours (18.7°S, 353.4°E)
on an ascending pass over the South Atlantic.

MPM delivers with the ELSETs 00043.449... - 00044.430...   the decay on
                      14 February, 03:23 UTC, +/- 45 minutes (49.8°S, 193.0°E)
on a descending pass over the South Pacific.
