Missing from last evening's report was a mag +3 flash from Starshine at 
23:35:10 UTC 15 February at az 30 el 40.  Earlier in the pass I had a non-obs 
of Starshine with my 6" Dob as it passed near beta-And. 

Note that the elsets for Starshine are getting inaccurate quickly.  Starshine 
was 30 seconds early using an elset from the previous day.
