    Ack!  In my message dated 20 Feb. 2000, I wrote:

    "Last night" was Friday evening (local time, early 19 Feb.
    UTC), but due to having inadvertantly set my PC date to 
    Feb. 20 instead of Feb. 19, (because my favorite word-
    processing software is not Y2K compliant) my message was 
    post-dated one day.  The date of Feb. 19 for the PPAS obs. 
    of TDF 1 was correct.
