I've added the capability to create element sets from scratch. Also the ability
to modify an existing element set by moving the epoch date forward and backward
in time. This is good for launches that don't get off exactly on time.

I've made all the window positions sticky. For those of you who run in
resolutions greater than 640x480 this should be welcome. The size of the
tracking screen is also sticky. So, when you move around windows they will
always re-open in their previous locations.

You can now plot the satellite's position on the "Orbital" screen. The Tracking
screen must be active for this plotting function to work. This screen only
shows the earth and the shape of the orbit (to plainly see the eccentricity).
When you plot the satellite on this screen, you are viewing the satellite's
current position along the path of its elliptical orbit. ALL satellites orbit
on this screen in a counterclockwise motion.

A few more additions and bug fixes.
