I forgot to mention that this DMSP, though +7 mag at the two points, was
around +3 for about 10 seconds at culmination between the two points (W 44
deg.).

Apologies for the double posting: My mail client/server left my OBS note in
the 'Out' basket and said it couldn't contact the server, so I sent it via
our 'tietotech' work server, then found it was already sent.
