    If it's the _perspectively_ right wing, that is actually the left (=port)
    wing of the orbiter, this sounds very much like you mean the impact of the
    ET debris. The cloud resulting from the smashed debris that flashes up very
    briefly along the trailing edge of the wing occurs at about T+81 seconds.
    I can't see any other similar event before that.
