    hello Ed, Don and others,

    This morning, just before dawn I could finally see Gorizont 16
    again. It was already fairly low in the west between the trees and
    light pollution, but still flashing till magnitude +8.5 when I first
    noticed it around 5h UT.
    Later on it become a bit brighter with some mag + 6 flashes.

    Last flash during twilight was seen at Feb 28, 5h29m32.2s,
    period is now 98.33 seconds.

    Maybe some others could also see it from the US or try again
    in the next days, as it is already higher in the sky there now.

    Let me know if you would try to observe.

    last obs reported were from Ed Cannon and Don Gardner :
    88-071 A 03-02-23 03:57:18.3 EC  982.8 0.4  10 98.28  +7->inv
    88-071 A 03-02-11 00:47:49.81JDG1474.2 0.4  15 98.28  +7.0->inv

    It seems the period might have reached the minimum, just like
    Gorizont 23 (Leo Barhorst):
