TJM obs of 2007 Feb 18 UTC; USA 193 elements

    Observed in a partly cloudy, mostly hazy sky, 10 minutes before start of civil
    twilight. 25x100 binoculars enabled me to see the fainter of the close mag 7.6
    and 8.6 star pair used to obtain this point:

    About 30 min before this obs, I noticed some auroral activity at low elevation,
    between about azimuth 230 and 300 deg.
