    Thanks Ralph and all who replied...appreciate the speedy response.
    Having entered the correct URL I now either get the server error problem , 
    or it connects but then throws me off , or says my log in details are 
    incorrect....which they are not.
    Perhaps I just picked a bad day to re install the package
