ISS , very bright....but what caused it ?

    Last night we saw just how bright  half of the  starboard solar array could 
    be in certain conditions.
    
    Tonight , the complex was as bright , if not more so.However this time it 
    wasn't the arrays , they were hardly illuminated , instead
    the truss radiators were the star of the show creating an almost arc like 
    crescent of light.
