Did I see USA 193?

I observed something in the right direction going in the
correct direction at 19:19 MST in very unfavorable skies
(cirrus and terrible urban light pollution) from SW Denver.
It moved along quite smartly (like Salyut 7 in its final
revolutions). It appeared to be something like 3rd magnitude.
If it was USA 193, it was a good 4 minutes ahead of
prediction.
