The top story on the radio in Seattle this morning is the thousands of
reports of a meteor that lit up the sky about 5:45am, (1345UT). I have not
seen a clearly written report yet, most "eyewitnesses" speculate that it
came down and hit the ground "a few blocks north of me" as is usual in these
    cases.
The first report I could find is here

I was just wondering if anyone is aware of a satellite that was predicted to
    decay about this time?

There is a great "photo" of the meteor with the story that is not properly
    labeled as a fabrication.
