We have observed a bright and low orbit satellite on Feb 19, 2008.
The phenomenon was observed by two meteor cameras. The main camera was
    located in
Helsinki (60.10N, 25E) and the second camera was in Pieksämäki (near
    62.20N 27.1E).
The observation was made at 16:49 UTC.

According to observations of these two cameras the length of the trail
    is about 33 seconds.
The object was located near 205 km height and the inclination was about
    62,9 degrees.

Observation was calculated by two Finnish amateurs Esko Lyytinen
    (Helsinki site) and
    Timo Kantola (Pieksämäki site).

    Best regards,
